PneumaticScaleAngelus maintains a complete field support staff of factory trained Certified Technicians, Technical Engineering Specialsts and Technical Master Engineers to service all makes and models of packaging equipment. Please inquire directly to our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio location to schedule your service requirement or to request a service estimate.

Travel Time:

$135.00 per hour for Certified Technician
$150.00 per hour for Technical Specialist
$175.00 per hour for Technical Master

Customer Service Certified Technician:

$135.00 per hour first shift Monday through Friday
$200.00 per hour after eight (8) regular hours Monday through Friday
$200.00 per hour for the first eight (8) hours Saturday
$270.00 per hour for Saturday over eight (8) hours
$270.00 per hour for Sunday and Holidays

Engineering Technical Specialist:

$150.00 per hour first shift Monday through Friday
$225.00 per hour per hour after eight (8) hours Monday through Friday
$225.00 per hour for first eight (8) hours on Saturdays
$300.00 per hour for Saturday over eight (8) hours
$300.00 per hour for Sunday and Holiday

Engineering Technical Master:

$175.00 per hour first shift Monday through Friday
$250.00 per hour per hour after eight (8) hours Monday through Friday
$250.00 per hour for first eight (8) hours on Saturdays
$300.00 per hour for Saturday over eight (8) hours
$300.00 per hour for Sunday and Holiday

Backshift Premium: A 10% premium applies to all the in plant labor rates above that begin work on second or third shift (normal working hours are 7am. to 5pm. with one (1) hour for lunch).

Layover: $1,000.00 per non-working Saturday and Sunday

A purchase order is required to secure the service technician's time prior to dispatch

Travel and Living Expenses


Round trip travel and living expenses are chargeable from the Seervice Technician's location to the purchaser's location. A 20% administration fee will be added to actual expenses incurred.

  • Pneumatic Scale Angelus will determine the best method of travel.
  • Travel by automobile will be chargeable at current government rates per mile.
  • All cost associated with the service call but not limited to airline fares, car rental, hotel accomodations, meal allowances, etc. will incur a 20% administration fee.
Minimum Charges


The minimum charge for service whenever a Service Technician is requested shall be the travel expenses listed above (if applicable) plus four (4) hours of time at the applicable rate.
Scheduling


Scheduling of specific field service personnel will be done by "first come - first serve" basis. This also includes scheduling with Service Agreements. When that technician is not available, Pneumatic Scale reserves the right to provide the next qualified individual. Please direct all requests for a specific technician as far in advance as possible.
General Conditions


Payment for Installation and Services

  • Payment for Installation and Services is due upon receipt of invoice. Net 30 days. Prices are subject to change without written notice.
  • It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the conditions of the installation agreement have been met to avoid any additional cost associated with the installation. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is in place and properly wired prior to the Technician's arrival, unless previous arrangements have been made to assist in the installation.

Liability

  • Pneumatic Scale Angelus shall in no way be liable for losses, cost, forfeitures and/or damages, including loss of profit, liabilities of the purchaser to its' customer or third person, and all other consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not resulting from or contributed to by default or negligence of Pneumatic Scale Angelus, its' agent's employees and subcontractors, which might be claimed as a result of services rendered.
